In September 2014, Cleveland Clinic partnered with American Well to deliver urgent care telehealth to help improve patient access to care and address population health management needs. Flash forward to today, and the renowned health system has moved well beyond urgent care, offering chronic care, specialty follow-up care, behavioral health and second opinion visits via telehealth. Cleveland Clinic has also launched telehealth on Anthem’s telehealth service, LiveHealth Online, expanding its clinical services to new patients.
