Using peer review data effectively for granting privileges and developing Quality Improvement studies continues to be a struggle for many ambulatory organizations, regardless of setting. This webinar will illuminate the process of collecting data through peer review, comparing provider performance using internal and external benchmarking, fixing system wide issues with quality improvement studies, and applying the results of peer review as criteria for granting clinical privileges.
