This interactive panel discussion will feature Mercy General Hospital’s Devan Johnson (Chief Operating Officer) as he discusses the team’s pathway to achieving robotics service line excellence and the valuable tools and resources utilized along the way. Also from Mercy General, Allison Cotterill (Chief Nursing Officer) and Dr. Brent Jackson (Chief Medical Officer) will join the conversation as they discuss the importance of coming together to develop the right team culture, standardization of technology, utilization of data for evidence-based change management and engagement within the community through patient education and outreach.
