Endeavor Health, previously NorthShore – Edward-Elmhurst Health, navigated this challenge and accelerated its health equity initiatives by unlocking key SDOH data using IQVIA Natural Language Processing (NLP). After identifying an alarming 22-year difference in life expectancy across their regional population, clinical leaders sought to uncover the driving social and environmental factors behind this disparity using innovative methods.
