This new ASC valuation survey report reflects insights from 21 respondents whose organizations collectively own or manage more than 25% of ASCs in the U.S. Fifty-five percent observed increased acquisition activity in the past year, and 62% reported heightened competition. Controlling interest EBITDA multiples for predominantly in-network, multi-specialty ASCs most commonly ranged from 7.0x to 8.9x.
