Join Becker's Healthcare for our first Women's Leadership Virtual Forum, as we bring together top female healthcare leaders to discuss unique challenges in a male-dominated field.Our goal is to help attendees become better mentors/sponsors for women and for them to gain actionable insights on gender equity to bring back to their organization.

  • Strengthening one's sense of identity as a leader
  • Identifying and confronting the 'likability trap' (i.e. tension between competence and likability)
  • Productive ways to call out gender bias
  • Addressing implicit or explicit resistance to female leadership
