Beyond the Math of Bundles: Redesigning Care for Convention and Consistency

Tuesday, June 16, 2015 | 1:00PM - 2:00PM CDT

As more organizations begin to adapt to bundled payments as a new payment model, you may wonder, "Where do we start?" or "How do we design our bundled payments programs to be successful?”Join industry experts Ray Herschman, Francois de Brantes, and Kathryn Hayes-Hallowell in a discussion on the intersection of care redesign and financial success under bundled payment arrangements.

Engage in conversation about:
  • The current market landscape and how we got to where we are today
  • The importance of redesigning care delivery to establish the reliability, predictability, and clinical quality performance results that are essential to succeed (not just survive) under bundled payment arrangements
  • How to align economic, clinical quality, and patient experience objectives among payers and providers
  • How to balance what your organization is prepared to take on internally and when to engage a trusted third-party expert

There will be opportunities for Q&A throughout – we want your thoughts and questions to help guide the conversation.
