12:00 PM CT  Picture a health system where clinical, supply chain and risk leaders share the same operating picture, where standardization decisions are made through clear governance rather than by department, and where outside partners are evaluated on outcomes. That is the kind of alignment Catholic Health, recipient of Press Ganey’s 2025 HRO Foundation Award for safety and operational reliability, has been working toward. In this executive discussion, two of its leaders will walk through what it has taken to get there. The conversation will explore governance design, high reliability execution and the trade-offs leaders face when clinical preference, cost and risk pull in different directions.
