1:00 PM CT Nearly half of U.S. physicians report symptoms of burnout, and while health systems are making some strides, meaningful change remains elusive.  As the nation's largest health system, HCA Healthcare is endeavoring to develop a scalable approach to physician well-being across its 186 hospitals, 5400+ residents and 15000 plus employed physicians and APPs.
