To encourage accountability and productivity, Texas Children's Hospital partnered with Strata Decision Technology to adopt a completely new approach to management reporting. After engaging executive leaders in the new process and refining metrics with super-users over a few months, TCH launched its new approach. The organization's response and engagement exceeded leadership's expectations — on day one, TCH received over 200 variance commentaries and received so many requests to expand system access, the hospital anticipates it will quickly double its anticipated user base.
