Joel brings more than 20 years of client and account management expertise and delivering solutions for complex clients’ needs to his role. Prior to his VP role, Joel served as a client executive for Parallon managing a portfolio of solutions to achieve client revenue and profitability targets while expanding the CereCore business portfolio. Joel earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Worcester State University. He is a certified project management professional, Six Sigma Black Belt, and CHCIO.
Peyman Zand, CFCHE

Peyman is responsible for providing consultative services to clients and assisting them with strategic planning, governance and program development framework needed to align and implement key initiatives and introduce pragmatic innovations into the organization. Before joining CereCore, Peyman served as Vice President of IT at Community Health Systems. Prior to that, he served as Regional CIO for Tenet Healthcare, Partner at Pivot Point Consulting, System Director of the University of North Carolina Health Care System, and Divisional CIO for the Dow Chemical Company. Peyman also served at the pleasure of Governor John Engler of Michigan, with accountability to deliver the state’s largest and most complex projects. Peyman holds a Bachelor of Science in Computational Mathematics and Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Healthcare Executive (CFCHE).
