During this webinar, two leaders will discuss how Los Angeles-based Cedars-Sinai proactively developed a primary care model that seamlessly connects virtual and in-person care across the care continuum. By building CS Connect, a 24/7 virtual primary care service, Cedars-Sinai is redesigning a new model for primary care delivery that integrates virtual and brick and mortar for an embedded experience within a health system.
