12:00 PM CT To expand access to care and offer patients the flexibility they want, health systems are increasingly embracing integrated care delivery for hybrid primary care.  During this webinar, two leaders will discuss how Los Angeles-based Cedars-Sinai proactively developed a primary care model that seamlessly connects virtual and in-person care across the care continuum.
