In this presentation, Ardent Health Services will present their journey of innovation with self-service analytics and the resulting performance improvement across their 30 facilities, including a 12 percent increase in CC/MCC capture rate, 13 percent increase in CMI and a 8.6 percent reduction in average length of stay for DRG 193-195 (simple pneumonia and pleurisy) and DRG 246-247 (percutaneous cardiovascular procedures with coronary artery stent).
