Wednesday, April 13th, 2022 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CT

To support the continuous improvement of clinical, financial and operational outcomes, clinical documentation improvement teams must have data-driven insights that allow them to not only address the low-hanging fruit, but also uncover gaps for performance improvement. This session will discuss how Ardent Health Services is using modern self-service analytics to enhance staff productivity by driving improvements for case mix index, comorbid condition/major comorbid condition capture rates and length of stay.

In this presentation, Ardent Health Services will present their journey of innovation with self-service analytics and the resulting performance improvement across their 30 facilities, including a 12 percent increase in CC/MCC capture rate, 13 percent increase in CMI and a 8.6 percent reduction in average length of stay for DRG 193-195 (simple pneumonia and pleurisy) and DRG 246-247 (percutaneous cardiovascular procedures with coronary artery stent).

In this webinar presentation you will learn:
  • How CDI teams can leverage self-service analytics to improve clinical, financial and operation outcomes
  • What health systems can do to build effective collaboration across clinical and operational teams
  • How self-service analytics can empower analysts, managers, executives and clinicians to enable superior performance and outcomes
