12:00 PM CT As the largest health system in Brooklyn, Maimonides Medical Center has been on a multi-year journey of innovation, developing and executing their digital front door strategy. In November of 2021, Maimonides launched MaimoCare, their new patient app and digital front door. For MaimoCare to be a success, Maimonides knew they needed to accurately identify and engage established patients with access to their providers, appointments and more.
