How Maimonides Medical Center supercharged their digital front door strategy by understanding who is who

As the largest health system in Brooklyn, Maimonides Medical Center has been on a multi-year journey of innovation, developing and executing their digital front door strategy.
In November of 2021, Maimonides launched MaimoCare, their new patient app and digital front door. For MaimoCare to be a success, Maimonides knew they needed to accurately identify and engage established patients with access to their providers, appointments and more. To solve this issue, they worked with Verato to ensure that every patient that came in through MaimoCare was connected to their clinical record and accurately served throughout digital channels to enable virtual patient visits, self-scheduling, access to health records and online bill payment.
