1:00 PM CT   Historically, Oregon Health & Science University Knight Cancer Institute struggled with operational inefficiencies that led to long patient wait times, improper utilization of chairs throughout the day, and heavy nursing workloads that peaked during the day. This led to unsatisfactory patient experience and short, rushed lunches for the staff. By deploying iQueue for Infusion Centers in 7 of their centers, OHSU was quickly able to overcome those pain points.
