Too often surveyors intimidate the CS manager and staff when an onsite survey is conducted. An experienced CMS surveyor and accreditor with more than 24 years of experience will present a look into regulatory compliance and standards and how they are applied during a survey. Techniques to be used for dealing with a surveyor while onsite will be discussed. Those who attend will understand what steps to take to prepare for a successful survey.
