Facing staffing shortages that strained resources and limited care access, Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Health implemented a patient assignment solution in its cancer center. The solution helped the organization achieve a 10% reduction in workload imbalances and an 11% boost in staff productivity. Notably, 90% of nurses surveyed by the system after the solutions implementation reported they could effectively manage patient loads. Additionally, 60% said their workload was equitably distributed.
