NewYork-Presbyterian: Building an Ambulatory Telehealth Strategy: Lessons Learned
Health systems are increasingly investing in direct-to-consumer telehealth platforms to attract new patients; however, digital health presents numerous opportunities to virtualize and streamline care for patients across a health system. NewYork-Presbyterian’s Graeme Ossey oversees the operations of NYP’s virtual health programs, and will discuss how NYP has leveraged telehealth to redesign ambulatory care across the enterprise. Focusing on telehealth use in emergency care and inpatient care facilities, Graeme will discuss how virtual tools allowed NYP to expedite care for existing patients and present lessons learned from NYP’s efforts to bring virtual tools to scale.
