2:00 PM CT Nearly every health system in the country faced unprecedented nursing shortages in 2021 and the challenges aren't over. Infusion centers have been particularly hard hit, working desperately to maximize nursing capacity as they navigate unexpected pandemic hurdles. In this webinar, Ashley Joseph, VP of client services for infusion centers at LeanTaaS, will share the mathematically and operationally “best” way to manage nursing capacity.
