Nurse self-care: How to empower ASC clinicians to prioritize wellness

Tuesday, January 26th, 2021 | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm CT

Clinicians have extraordinarily demanding jobs in "normal" times. Amid a pandemic, these already strenuous jobs become more stressful. To push back on the epidemic of clinician burnout, healthcare administrators must empower their staff to make their own wellness a priority.

Nurses spend so much of their time caring for others that they often neglect caring for themselves. But healthy nurses will lead to a healthier nation, as healthy nurses often become stronger educators and role models in the workplace and in their communities.

Attend this webinar to learn about nurse wellness and promoting a healthy work environment within the ASC and long-term care settings.

In this webinar, speakers will discuss:

  • Findings from the most-recent Healthy Nurse survey
  • Clinician burnout within the ASC and long-term care settings
  • Tips for practicing and promoting self-care within your facility
