With the growing challenges in self-pay collections, CHI crafted a patient-centric strategy to combine analytics, self-service and standardization to improve the billing and payment experience.

In this session, CHI’s Vice President of Revenue Cycle will share the planning, execution and results of a system-wide rollout that is driving success over 70 hospitals across four different host systems.
