Prior to joining Providence in the fall of 2013, Sharon served for 16 years as the Director of Underwriting at LifeWise Health Plan of Oregon. Sharon has had more than 35 years of Underwriting experience in the healthcare industry spanning Medical, Dental, Life, Disability and Stop Loss lines of coverage and working in several insurance markets. This experience has developed her unique market awareness and focus. Sharon is a graduate of Portland State University and also attended Oregon State University. Jay has an extensive background in health benefits, underwriting and product innovation, as well as a proven track record of successful leadership developing high-performance teams and superior business results. Prior to Gravie, Sheehy served as executive adviser to a range of companies focused on healthcare both in the U.S. and globally. Prior to coming to Gradient AI, Jason spent 15 years in health insurance actuarial and underwriting roles.
