Not just another No Surprises Act webinar: A candid conversation with policy insiders

Wednesday, July 10th, 2024 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CT

As the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) team works to implement many of the provisions of the No Surprises Act, join two experts as they cut through the noise and get to the heart of how this legislation is impacting the landscape for payers right now and what’s in store for the future.

The session will offer a foundational overview of the No Surprises Act before delving into practical insights on navigating people, processes and technology in the new landscape.

This interview-style session hosted by symplr's resident compliance expert, Lynne Rinehimer, Esq., will feature Randolph (Randy) Pate, JD, MPH, former Deputy Administrator of CMS and former Director of CCIIO.

Together, they will unpack critical issues, share unique perspectives, and offer actionable guidance.

Audience members will:
  • Understand the evolving state of No Surprises Act implementation and its implications for payers, including current issues such as the IDR process and emerging issues such as the law’s new Advanced Explanation of Benefits requirement for payers.
  • Discover effective strategies and best practices for ensuring compliance with the Act.
