Integral to a sound strategy is addressing employee burnout, which the World Health Organization now recognizes as an occupational health hazard.

Work-related mental health challenges can dramatically impact employees' productivity, morale and propensity to stay at their jobs. In this live session, you'll learn the methods organizations are using to put mental health first, reduce burnout and boost resilience.

Carly is the Director of Mental Health Strategy at Lyra Health, where she consults with HR teams to ensure Lyra offerings best support the mental health needs of their employees and teams. Carly has over 20 years of healthcare and benefits experience. Prior to joining Lyra, was a Senior Benefits Leader at Target Corporation, where she headed up the mental health and onsite clinic strategies for Target's 400,000 team members. Carly also spent 10 years at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, where she was the Service Line Director for Neuroscience, ENT and Sleep.  She earned her B.S. and Master's of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Through his time at Adventist Health he has improved wellbeing offerings for employees, improved patient experience results and added career advancement opportunities through education partnerships. He believes organizations have a responsibility to encourage wellbeing and create the space for employees to discover what recharges them.
