12:00 PM CT The secondary review and peer-to-peer process is time-consuming, costly and some may even say overutilized. As hospitals seek to ease the burden of secondary reviews, they need to optimize the efficiency of their Physician Advisors and ensure that they have all the information needed to operate proactively and prioritize cases that yield the most value.
