Thursday, June 25th, 2020 | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm CT

The surgery center business has been severely impacted by the COVID-19 crisis which has caused short-term dramatic declines in surgical volume. While volumes are rebounding, it is unclear what the near and medium term prospects are for ASCs given the additional required clinical and safety protocols, plus the possibility of a re-emergence of a second wave of the virus.

Longer term, many of the safety, quality, convenience and cost savings benefits provided by ASCs relative to hospitals will likely drive a large spike in demand for numerous complex procedures to be performed in ASCs.

We will address the following issues in this webinar where we will discuss how your ASC can survive, and then thrive, through this crisis:

  • Trends in the ASC market, including the impact of COVID-19 on industry growth
  • Steps to maximize and strengthen your cash position -Opportunities to increase revenue, particularly by building the infrastructure and skill sets to perform higher acuity procedures
  • Steps to reduce expenses while minimizing disruption on your business
