The battle against vaccine hesitancy: What health systems can do to reach at-risk patients

As health systems across the country work to get front-line healthcare workers, high-risk patients and essential workers vaccinated for COVID-19, they face a critical challenge: Only 4 in 10 Americans say they "definitely intend" to get a vaccine and a quarter say they "probably or definitely would not get one" even if it's available to them free of charge.
The percentage of patients who are vaccine-hesitant is even higher among vulnerable communities and communities of color that have been hit hardest by the virus. This webinar will explore communications best practices — grounded in behavioral science — to engage patients with different types of vaccine concerns and help address hesitancy. Led by Dr. Hilary Hatch, a clinical psychologist and Phreesia's VP of Clinical Engagement, the panel discussion will feature health system leaders who will share their first-hand experience and expertise with managing vaccine hesitancy in their own patient populations.
