The innovation keeping Auburn Community Hospital ahead of the quality improvement curve

Auburn (N.Y.) Community Hospital (ACH) approached Philips Healthcare Transformation Services to complete an end-to-end assessment of its radiology department. After a four-day assessment, Philips recommended ACH resolve data integrity issues, develop key performance metrics, clarify future state roles and responsibilities, and implement a protocol steering committee. Philips then supported the hospital onsite for five additional weeks to assist with the redesign of critical processes and help the hospital realize cost savings and improve quality.
