12:00 PM CT Optimizing the patient experience was top of mind for Paterson, N.J.-based St. Joseph's Health when it opened a fully-integrated, multispecialty ambulatory and urgent care center in May. The health system's goal was to create a simpler, more streamlined healthcare experience for patients by implementing new technology for scheduling, check-in and patient care workflows.
