Social movements throughout the last few years are igniting change and bringing women together. Quotes like “behind every woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back” can be found all over social media platforms. But are we really following through on this movement? Many studies have shown that women tend to report experiencing more incivility at work than their male colleagues, but where is the incivility coming from? Unfortunately, many women experience mistreatment from other females.
