Tuesday, November 9th, 2021 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CT

Resilience, commonly defined as "the ability to quickly recover from challenges," has been a key theme of 2020 and will be vital moving forward. Resilience is at risk for 3 in 5 Americans, according to Cigna's 2020 Resilience Index Report. The consequences of low resilience can have lasting effects on people, businesses and communities.

Two-thirds of full-time workers do not have high resilience, and healthcare workers are less likely to have high resilience compared to the national average. Healthcare workers are significantly less likely than non-healthcare workers nationally to rate their mental health and social life as very good or excellent. In addition, healthcare workers are more likely to be unsatisfied with their current job.

This webinar will outline how healthcare organizations and leaders can build resilience for their workforce with four simple steps. Learn what the data has shown and hear advice for building resilience for tomorrow.
